Here's What You'll Do:
As a Water Resource / Civil Engineer for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will work with project teams to design and analyze a variety of water retaining and shoreline structures, such as dams, piers, wharves, and floating docks for both public and private sector clientele. You will also interact with permitting agencies to prepare and procure the many permits that are required for water related facilities. You will assist in the development of construction and permit drawings, technical or performance specifications, design reports, and calculation briefs for the project. Additionally, you will interact with other CEC peers in the geotechnical, structural and civil group to develop these components of design. During construction, you will participate in the bid and procurement processes and provide quality assurance support during construction.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. a plus);
• 3-6 years of professional engineering experience;
• Ability to speak and write professionally.

Here’s What We’d Like To See:
• P.E. with applicable experience;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D;
• Waterway engineering experience.
